Dual-Stage Stainless Steel Sample Filter

VIG Industries manufactures its own dual stage, stainless steel sample filter. The filter consists of a two piece 316 stainless steel body with 1/8″FNPT on each end, 60 micron sintered stainless steel element (first stage), 10 micron sintered stainless steel element (second stage), PTFE seals, and a 316 stainless steel spring. The filter is based on the concept that the first stage of the filter captures particles 60 microns and larger, and the second stage captures particles of 10 micron and larger. This method provides for precise, long lasting service and inexpensive maintenance. Elements as small as 0.2 micron are available upon request (interchangeable).
