System 3

This system was designed to measure the volume of oil present on small radiator cores for a major automobile parts manufacturer. The part is heated in the environmental chamber on the left so that the oil on the part is burned and turned into gas. The analyzer measures the gas and sends the signal to the computer system for analysis. The computer then calculates the volume of oil present.
